How long does it take to receive my order?
Our products are made custom just for you, the time frame depends on the complexity of the design and the quantity ordered. It can range from 7 business days to 5 weeks.

What is the policy on lost/stolen packages?
All packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. If the item(s) is shown as delivered via USPS/UPS tracking, that absolves She IS Creations, LLC of all liability. We will work with the customer to get these issues resolved, but we cannot guarantee any type of refund. In the event the item(s) are not shown as delivered, you’ll be refunded the price of the items at the time of order. She IS Creations, LLC does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items that are shown delivered.

Refund/Return Policy?
We truly appreciate your business, but once a custom order has gone to print, the order cannot be returned for a refund due to the nature of the product. However, if the order has been printed and there is an error in your wording or customization, we will work with you to fix and reprint the order. Note: Buyer is responsible for shipping return fees.
